Action for Children | Support for vulnerable children, young people and their families in partnership with local authorities and third-sector organisations. |
Barnardo’s Wales | Support for vulnerable children and their families, including specialist support for trafficked children and young people through their Independent Child Trafficking Guardianship Service. |
Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) | Provides information and advice for anyone worried about online abuse or communication. Parents who make an online report will be contacted by an CEOP Child Protection Advisor. |
Crimestoppers | An independent charity that gives parents, carers and young people a way of reporting crime anonymously. |
Dewis Cymru | An online directory of local and national organisations. |
Fearless | A youth service for Crimestoppers aimed at 11 to 17 year olds, providing them with information, anonymous reporting and links to help and support. |
Hwb | A digital platform for teaching and learning in Wales, providing a range of resources about how to stay safe online and for those who are worried about grooming. |
Independent Child Trafficking Guardian Service | Provided by Barnardo’s Wales, this service has a range of specialist support in Wales for trafficked children and young people. |
Llamau | A charity that provides help and support to vulnerable young people, women and children to prevent and end homelessness. |
Missing People | Confidential support to you and your child via their SafeCall service. This is a safe space to talk about your concerns and receive practice guidance, as well as a range of helpful guides including what to do when someone has just gone missing and how to report someone missing. |
Modern Slavery Helpline | A free, confidential service that is available in 20 languages, 24 hours a day to parents, potential victims and services. |
NSPCC | A charity that provides a range of help and support for children and families. |
PACE UK (Parents Against Child Exploitation) | A national charity that supports parents to keep children and young people safe, providing information to parents and professionals about child criminal exploitation. |
St Giles Trust Cymru | A charity that offers community-based support, advice, and training to young people who are being criminally exploited. |
The Children’s Society | A national children’s charity that offers help and support to children, young people, and their families, with comprehensive information about child criminal exploitation and county lines available. |

FRANK | A website that provides information about alcohol and drugs, how to deal with peer pressure, what to do in an emergency and what to do if you are worried about a friend. |
