Focusing on Legs, Bums and Tums, this class is easy to follow, minimal coordination levels required, suitable for any level of fitness from beginners to advanced. Pilates
A more relaxed session focusing on toning and flexibility. Work at the level you feel comfortable with and set your own goals each week. Mats provided.

A strength based class using weights to build muscle, tone and condition your whole body. Suitable for beginners, work at the level that is right for you.
