Community-led housing

Serenity Cohousing lead this project which aims to develop a housing co-op providing affordable housing in the area.

In 2022-23, Welsh School of Architecture Masters of Architecture student Ahmed Ahmed ran a design workshop with Serenity Cohousing to identify their values and priorities for a co-housing project and developed an architectural design brief booklet for the group as part of his thesis.
