Consumer relations to organic and sustainable food and food certifications in Cardiff by Anita Rozenvalde

In this presentation Anita will be discussing the Cardiff consumer/food buyer recognition of select sustainable food certifications (IBD, Fair Trade, The Red Tractor, EU Organic, OFandG and Rainforest Alliance) and how and why customers do or do not use their certification knowledge to purchase sustainable food. Anita will also be discussing the difference of consumer perceptions of foods bought in conventional food stores versus Farmers Markets.
