CITER Soc Annual Scientific Workshop 2019: "Drug Delivery in Science and Health"

The theme of the  CITER Soc scientific workshop 2019 is "Drug Delivery in Science and Health". The workshop is targeted at A Level students with an interest in studying science related courses at University.

The key note speaker is CITER member Professor Arwyn Jones and guest speakers include CITER members Dr Elaine Ferguson and Dr Sian Morgan as well as Cardiff University colleague Dr Alex White.

The programme includes talks, debates and interactive scientific activites.

Session 1: Drug delivery at a cellular level

12:00-12:40         “Cellular delivery of therapeutics to cells by endocytosis: tricks to overcome biological barriers and stubborn receptors”
