Global Opportunities Exhibition: Celebrating 10 years of GO

This year we’re excited to be celebrating 10 years since the Global Opportunities team was established. Over the past decade with the team’s help, 8,219 undergraduate students have studied, worked, researched or volunteered abroad, in an incredible 93 countries.

Pop along between 10:00 to 12:00 on Monday 10 Februaryfor a chance to celebrate with cupcakes, meet with the GO team and ask any questions you may have about opportunities to work, study or volunteer abroad.

Spending time abroad like this provides huge benefits: personal development, a deeper understanding of other cultures and the soft skills that graduate employers want. We’re told by students time and again that completing a global opportunity was the highlight of their time at Cardiff - that it’s helped them formulate their career plans and given them the confidence to think bigger.

The exhibition will be in place from Monday 3 to Friday 14 February on the ground floor of the Centre for Student Life.
