Are you interested in broadening your international network and exploring new business growth opportunities?
If so, join us for our next Breakfast Briefing facilitated by Professor Jane Lynch and led by a panel of experts who will offer delegates an introductory session to help understand the international growth opportunities and the support that is available to small business leaders. You will gain a deepened understanding of what’s required as the panel will demystify the art of international trade, the methodology of trade, and how the government can give you support through UK Export Finance.
The session will also include a supplier perspective, sharing practical insights on overcoming cultural challenges and other governance issues that should be considered when embarking on this enormous business growth opportunity. Developing new markets and international development is a module in our Help to Grow: Management course, but this session presents an opportunity to invite ALL small business leaders, from a range of sectors, to join us to learn more.
Panel Members
- Gareth John, Sector Lead (Energy, Infrastructure, Education and the Creative Industries), Department for International Trade (Wales)
- Stephen Wilson, Export Finance Manager, UKEF Wales and Herefordshire
- Paul Wong, CEO, Founder and Director at Global Business and Investment
You will have the chance to ask questions to panel members and sign up for a follow up ‘getting started’ surgery being planned later in the year.
