Organised by the Engineering Professors’ Council and Cardiff University’s School of Engineering, the event includes an impressive line-up of speaker, sessions, and panels to inform and inspire you.
Among the high-profile, expert speakers this year we have Dr Nike Folayan MBE (Founder, Association of Black & Minority Ethnic Engineers), Mary Curnock Cook CBE (Dyson Institute), Prof John Chudley (Chair, Engineering Council), Prof Amanda Kirby (neurodiversity guru), Kate Bellingham (former Tomorrow’s World presenter, academic and STEM champion) plus many more.
There is an array of formal and informal activities, including the annual Congress Dinner to be held at the impressive National Museum Cardiff, with after-dinner speaker Kate Bellingham and social activities including a walking tour of Cardiff Barrage.
On the eve of Congress Dr Mark Drakeford MS will be giving a public lecture on his vision for ‘Making a Better Future’ with an opportunity for questions at the end.
