Cardiff University at Einstein’s Garden, Green Man Festival

Come and meet the team from our School of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Einstein’s Garden at the Green Man Festival.

Activities will include a pop-up water quality testing station to look at pollution levels in the River Usk, citizen science projects and using seismometers. 

We’ll also be talking about the local geology and the recent earthquake around Crickhowell as well as inviting visitors to make plasticine models of microfossils to demonstrate their importance in understanding past climates.
