According to the ONS, there are currently 1,187,000 job vacancies in the UK. Thanks to Brexit and Covid 19, organisations are finding that they are needing to think differently and creatively to attract talent…
Are you experiencing a talent shortage and are looking to expand or diversify your workforce? If so, have you considering hiring international talent? Cardiff University has a wealth of international students keen to build their experience and secure employment and would add so much value by working for you.
Cardiff University’s careers and employability service Student Futures, supported by Newfields Law, will be sharing the benefits of hiring international talent, showcasing alumni, and talking about the visa process, including the accessible Graduate route. Student Futures hopes to raise your awareness of the Business School’s offer to employers such as internships, short insights projects and graduate opportunities and Newfields Law will be there to help you to navigate the process from an administrative perspective, discussing visas and the things that you need to be aware of. Critically, all of these factors can be overcome and we can work with you to achieve great things for your organisation.
