Representology: The Journal of Media and Diversity

Hosted by Professor Diane Kemp (Birmingham City University) and Dr David Dunkley Gyimah (Cardiff University).

Sir Lenny Henry, activist, broadcaster and Chancellor (Birmingham City University) will be joined by Representology editor, critic and broadcaster K Biswas, gal-dem former Politics Editor Leah Cowan and Visiting Professor Marcus Ryder and Acting Chair of the Sir Lenny Henry Centre for Media Diversity (Birmingham City University) for an introduction to the journal, followed by a panel discussion on media diversity.

Questions from the audience will be invited during the event.

Launched as a joint initiative between Birmingham City University and Cardiff University, Representology wants to analyse and work with all areas of media production, commissioning new research and opening meaningful conversations on how to dismantle existing barriers to participation.
