Chinese Tai Chi is not only a beautiful, ancient art form, but also a way to keep healthy. Originally developed as a martial art, Tai Chi is now practised around the world to promote health and well-being as it combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.
Join us for this morning of calm as we explore some of the basic postures used in Tai Chi and the meaning behind them. The class will be split into three parts:
Part 1: Commencing Form
Part 2: Part the Wild Horse's Mane on Both Side
Part 3: White Crane Spreads Its Wings
This is an online session that will take place via Zoom. All you need to take part is a good internet connection, comfortable clothing, and space to move around. We will send an email the day before the event with details on how to join.
