This seminar will present early findings from the project “Knowing to Grow”, which considers how to meet knowledge requirements for future food supply chains. The research focuses on the case of horticultural production to inform strategies to enhance food security in Wales and beyond.

The presentation will consider: What is the problem with horticultural skills? What are the causes? Why have attempts to address them not succeeded? The seminar follows the project’s first stakeholder workshop and will share highlights from this recent event.
