Following the success of last year's project, 'PLAYSCAPE', we have sourced new opportunities to engage with communities and introduce fun and stimulating design interventions in both Bali, and Cipanas in Indonesia.
Dr Åke Fagereng, a lecturer in the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences at Cardiff University, has won the European Geosciences Union Outstanding Young Scientists Award 2016.
Two professors from the Cardiff University School of Chemistry have been recognised for their academic excellence by being elected to the prestigious Learned Society of Wales.
