Venice Cowper

My name is Venice, and I am passionate about culture and inclusion.

I am currently working as a Programme Manager for the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Hub at Cardiff University. I am the Chair of the University of Sanctuary Working Group at Cardiff University and lead our sanctuary initiatives, I am also the Equalities Representative for Unite the Union at the University.

My professional background is in widening participation and outreach, recruitment and partnership management.
