Jehangir Malik OBE
Jehangir, a civil society leader with 30+ years of experience in faith and civil society, Director for the British Muslim Civil Society Project, focusing on faith communities' role in strengthening civil society.
He also advises UNICEF South Asia on Faith-Based Giving and Philanthropy, supporting diaspora engagement in the region. Past roles include leading the VCSEP at the British Red Cross during the COVID-19 crisis and heading organizations like Muslim Aid and Islamic Relief UK, focusing on faith-based humanitarian efforts across 30 countries.
Jehangir holds various board and commissioner positions, including the Commission for the Integration of Refugees and Birmingham Children's Commission. He was awarded an OBE in 2010 for his 20 years of humanitarian work.
