Beth Rogers (BSc 2016) - Business Management

Beth graduated from Cardiff University in 2016 having studied Business Management and has spent the last eight years working in the construction industry.

started her career with Balfour Beatty as a Business Development Graduate and progressed during her time there to a Senior Bids & Proposals Manager, before leaving to join Kier Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks in June 2023. At Kier, Beth is Head of Bid Management which involves leading a team in the successful management of tenders across multiple sectors, ranging in value from £10m – £1bn.

Having been the first person in her family to attend University, Beth values how further education facilitates greater career opportunities. She is delighted to have been selected to be part of the Cardiff Business School Alumni Advisory Forum to support the Business School’s long-term aspirations to improve student experiences.
