How we challenge students to become future leaders and drive positive business change

Taught by leading experts, we equip students with diverse theories and empower them to connect their own experiences with relevant theories. By challenging student’s existing knowledge structures, assumptions, values, and skills, we get them to reconsider their current understanding and explore issues from multiple perspectives.

We discuss a range of case studies and facilitate an environment where students, who come from diverse professional backgrounds, are encouraged to share and debate their ideas to solve complex scenarios.

Public value

As part of a public value business school, the MBA programme looks at the economic, social, and environmental impact of business. We want to bring humanity, sustainability, generosity and innovation to the business sector.

Course structure

The programme is taught in immersive blocks. Each block of learning involves various activities including industry speakers, time-limited challenges, role-play, and simulations. At the end of each module, we use a variety of assessment methods to bring out the best in each individual.

Upon completing the MBA programme, each student participates in a real-world live project. They act as consultants for a company, delivering a report addressing a specific challenge identified by the partnering company.

Our MBA students and alumni are very engaged with the programme and we have lots of activities outside of the teaching timetable. We have workshops, guest speakers, company visits, and annual gatherings.
