Library

The Architecture Library is located within the Welsh School of Architecture and is one of fifteen University libraries.

Its location affords students and staff direct access to its collection of books, journals, reference and technical literature and audio-visual material. In addition to these resources it holds a rare books collection, a selection of which, pertaining to Welsh vernacular, Welsh 20th century and Cardiff’s civic centre architecture, has been digitised and is available to view on Digital Search.

As registered borrowers, students are entitled to use all University libraries. The Library Catalogue, provides information about collections in all the University's libraries.

Please note that the door to the Architecture Library is closed in the evenings, on weekends and on some advertised dates during vacations. At these times, access and issue is via the Bute Library.
