This months Childhood Doctoral Research Group will take place this Thursday 16th June, 5pm at the Cardiff Arts Institute on Park Place. Directions to the venue are available here.
Aleksandra Kaczmarek-Day will lead the session with a presentation about her research with Polish migrant children in Wales. Her presentation, entitled Polish migrant children’s negotiations of their identity in Wales, will include a discussion of some of her methodological techniques and the practicalities of the data collection with children.
The Childhood Doctoral Research Group provides an opportunity for postgraduate researchers to come together informally and discuss issues relating to any aspect of childhood in their research. If you would like to join the mailing list please email CollicottHE@cardiff.ac.uk.
