Results Letter (Interim Transcript)
Once your results are released you will be sent an email informing you they are available to view on SIMS Online. At the same time an interim transcript (results letter) will be sent to your home address, except for full-time Masters Students where they are sent to your term time address.
If you are completing your studies you will be able to view your final classification on SIMS online. Once your award has been conferred you will receive a confirmation email which also asks you to confirm the address to send your award certificate.
If you have any educational debt to the University your results will be withheld.

Academic Appeals Procedure
This procedure is for students who appeal against the marks they are awarded by an Examining Board.
If you wish to appeal you will need to complete the Verification and Appeal Form (available to download from the Links & Resources section of this page). Before you complete the form you should carefully read the guidance note at the front of the form. The guidance note explains the timescale for submitting your appeal, the format to be used and provides the address you should send an appeal..
