Supplier's guide to In-Tend registration

From February 2008 Cardiff University's Purchasing Section will be using In-Tend for the majority of tenders. This is an electronic tender system which allows suppliers to download tender documentation and submit tenders electronically. It also allows queries to be dealt with efficiently with an audit trail. We encourage suppliers to register on the system. You will need to be registered if you wish to download a tender that has been advertised as being on the system.


To register on the Cardiff University In-Tend website:

1. Go to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/cardiffuniversity/ (you may wish to print these instructions before transferring to the site)
2. Click on the "New User Registration" button
3. Fill in your company details clicking "Next" after each page
4 On the final page click "Register My Details" to complete the registration process
5 You should receive two e-mails from the Cardiff University In-Tend system confirming your registration
6 Once you receive the "Website User Registration Accepted" e-mail, you should be able to login to the secure area of the In-Tend website
