We offer a range of project management courses, designed to cater for all levels of expertise. This progressive range of courses provides for those who are new to project management and are looking to understand the basics, through to those who are seeking a recognised qualification in project or programme management.
This course offers a complete and practical understanding of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP®) framework. MSP® can help delegates accelerate their organisation’s performance and help it to achieve its target capability.
MS Project is an industry standard tool that can be used to assist with the scheduling of projects. Learning how to use MS Project can be of great assistance at various stages within the project life cycle and can be used to create more robust project plans, where risk is identified adequately and potential problems are identified and communicated from the start of the project.
This course makes this all important discipline accessible to participants who need to understand project management without requiring professional accreditation.
PRINCE2® is a world-renowned project management method. It is a process-based approach that can be easily tailored and scalable for all types of project. This method is widely used in both the public and private sectors.
This 3 day course has been designed to refresh and enhance participants understanding of the PRINCE2® method, and update them on any changes, enabling them to prepare for and sit the Re-registration exam for the PRINCE2® Practitioner qualification. Participants will take the Re-registration exam at the end of the course.
Organisations exist in a climate of constant and increasing change and those that have learnt to respond and transform themselves through effective management are more likely to survive and thrive. Many managers and leaders will have to respond to strategic and organisational change and mange this process successfully.
The purpose of this course is to de-mystify the writing of a Business Case. The economic environment has dictated the need to focus investment on those change initiatives that demonstrate they will deliver the best outcomes with evidence of economic cash-releasing benefits, saving efficiencies, and improved, higher-quality operational effectiveness.
In both the private and public sector it has become evident that there is a need for improved prioritization of our investment in change, relating to both programmes and projects. Portfolio Management is the discipline that has emerged to fill that gap.
