What services do we provide?
• First Line support for all initial HR queries is provided by your Shared Service Team through the People Service Centre.
• Designated support for academic and professional service departments is provided by our College & Professional Services HR Teams.
• Specialist support for areas of Compensation & Benefits; Employee relations and Policy & Projects is available from The Centre of Expertise.
How can I contact HR?
People Services Centre within the Shared Service Centre should be your first point of contact for most queries and is based on Floor 10 of McKenzie House we can be contacted on 029208 79777 (internal 79777), or via firstname.lastname@example.org
Reception is also located on Floor 10 of McKenzie House; all visitors are asked to report here.
Office opening hours including Reception and People Service centre are from 9.00 am until 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
