AIESEC Cardiff is based at Cardiff University and is a society for students.  Our key focus is providing current students and recent graduates with opportunities that enable them develop their leadership skills and foster their potential to achieve social impact. We offer the university students the opportunity to become members of AIESEC (the society) and the opportunity to take part in our work abroad experiences. We have seen a real growth in our exchange programme in the past year, sending over 15 students on cultural experiences abroad. In our membership we seek to activate leadership. We task students with the responsibility of running their own Exchange Scheme, allowing them to acquire valuable skills and impact society on both a local level within the Cardiff University and an international level through our Work Abroad Programmes.
