Careers Fairs

Organisations are invited to sponsor one or more of our Careers Fairs.

The cost of part-sponsoring (up to 6 sponsors per Fair) any of our Fairs is just £500 per Fair plus VAT (this does not include the cost of exhibiting at the Fair, this will be added to your invoice separately).

As a sponsor you will receive:

  • Your organisations logo on all publicity materials and both printed and electronic media that are used in promote the event to students and graduates.
  • Your logo on the Fair’s web pages, on the Careers & Employability website.
  • The opportunity to choose your stand position at the Fair.

Publications

Careers & Employability “What’s On” Booklet

Target all degree disciplines and advertise your organisation and opportunities by sponsoring the Careers & Employability “What’s On” Booklet.

This pocket size booklet is full colour and packed with information and listings, promoting Careers & Emplyability’s services and events throughout the year. Produced three times a year this booklet is widely distributed and well used by students and graduates.

  • Autumn (September – December) – 9,000 copies – Sponsorship is £1000 plus VAT*
  • Spring (January – April) – 6,000 copies – Sponsorship is £750 plus VAT*
  • Summer (May – July) – 6,000 copies. Sponsorship is £500 plus VAT*

Sponsor all 3 editions for £2750 plus VAT*. *Sponsorship is available to multiple organisations.

As a sponsor you will receive your logo on the front cover and a full page or half page advertisement within the booklet – both English and Welsh versions. Adverts in English and Welsh must be provided as high resolution PDFs and meet the specifications given by us.

You are invited to sponsor the complete series of Guidance Booklets for just £2,995 plus VAT for 1 academic year (September to June). Sponsorship must be agreed in the May before the start of the new academic year (September).

As a sponsor you will receive your logo on the cover and a full page ‘Company Profile’ inside of each of the Guidance Booklets listed above, and the opportunity to feature in over 15,000 booklets per academic year.

Careers & Employability runs prize draws, surveys and mailings annually and invites you to sponsor these.

Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education (DLHE) Prize Draw

Every year Careers & Employability surveys graduates from the previous year – approximately 6,000. A Prize Draw is run in conjunction with this survey and organisations are invited to sponsor prizes. The cost is just £500 per sponsor for which you will receive your logo and web address on the prize draw flyer that accompanies the mailing.

Summer Mailing

Every May Careers & Employability writes to all final year undergraduates with a copy of the Summer Programme of Services and Events, highlighting the support available to them whilst still at University and beyond graduation. You are invited to sponsor this mailing for just £500 plus VAT. As a sponsor you will receive your logo and a short paragraph of text on the covering letter, which will be mailed to some 3,750 ‘new graduates’.

Surveys

Careers & Employability undertakes a student survey every 2-3 years in an effort to understand students better and to help us to develop services and events that meet student needs. Organisations are invited to sponsor this survey for just £500 plus VAT. As a sponsor your organisation will receive acknowledgement of your sponsorship through all the activity related to the Survey and will help towards the cost of prizes associated with the survey as well as the potential to be seen by thousands of students.

Careers & Employability Centre Getting Started Folders

Sponsor our Getting Started folders in the Careers & Employability Centre. Have your logo seen by students searching for information on getting started with particular degrees, CVs, Applications, Interview Skills, Aptitude Tests and more. Your company name will appear on approximately 30 folders for 5 years at a cost of £150 plus VAT. Your name and/or logo may appear in full colour or black and white at a maximum size of 50mm wide by 40mm high.
